With a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and another in Forensic Psychology, it's clear I’m a bit of a psychology and people nerd! Being as I am also a  Licensed Professional Counselor while earning a Doctorated in Human Services, I’m all about understanding the cool ways our behaviors and mindsets connect. Here, in this setting, as your coach, we'll focus on your future self and help you thrive beyond therapy!
